FAQ

How do I sign my dog up?

Submit our service request form with your contact info, your preferred veterinarian, and your dog’s info, along with your preferred walk schedule. We’ll schedule an onboarding day to see how well your dog acclimates to the group. After this trial day, we will send you a service agreement and add your dog to our pack!

Where do you operate?

We serve dog owners all the way from Ballard to South Seattle.

How much do services cost?

We charge $35 for one dog for a half day of play. If walking 3 or more times a week, each walk is $27. Ask us about full day and multiple dog discounts!

What happens during a walk?

We will come pick your dog up within an hour of your preferred pickup time. Once the pack is together, we take all of them to an off-leash dog park where they can play together with our supervision. Play sessions last one hour. Afterwards, we will bring back your happy, exercised pup!

Do I need to be present for pickup and drop-off?

No, you do not need to be present. If you are not home, we will let you know when we drop your dog back off.

How old does my puppy need to be?

We allow dogs that are at least 6 months old.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

Yes, your dog needs to be up to date with vaccinations to be eligible for services.

Does my dog need to be fixed?

We do not require that your dog be spayed or neutered. However, we may recommend doing so if related issues arise.

Will you feed my dog during a walk?

We offer dog treats during walks, but not meals. If your dog has dietary restrictions, we can abstain from treats or feed them ones that you provide.

What if my dog gets sick or injured during a walk?

We will contact you and your preferred vet for next steps if a health concern arises during a walk.

My dog is sick, can they still play?

If your dog is sick, we cannot walk them until they are well again. Please stay in touch with us and keep us posted about your pup’s recovery! We will not charge you for your dog’s sick days.

Can you walk multiple dogs for me?

Absolutely! We can discuss multiple dog pickup, scheduling and pricing during the signup process.

How long do walks last?

We spend 1 full hour at the off-leash dog park in the morning and afternoon. That’s 2 hours of play for a full day session!

Do you offer boarding services?

Yes, we offer in-home boarding. If you are interested in overnight dog care, contact us about availability and pricing!
